Roxanne joined the firm in the Spring of 2008 and has 30 years of experience specializing in residential real estate transactions. Her primary focus is working with clients, lenders and realtors to insure a smooth transaction for all parties. She is a team player who enjoys helping clients achieve their goals.
Roxanne takes pride in her excellent customer service skills, her experience and depth of knowledge, and her patience in a high volume setting.
She received her B.S. degree from Plymouth State University.Raised in Vermont, she resides in Burlington and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Aimee Cardinal has been an integral part of the firm since 2015, serving as an indispensable member of the estate planning team. As a skilled paralegal, she is highly proficient in drafting estate planning documents and is known for her exceptional attention to detail and dedication to client service. In addition to her paralegal work, Aimee serves as the firm’s office manager, keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently each day. Clients appreciate Aimee's warm, approachable manner and her ability to guide them through the planning process with care and professionalism.Outside of the office, Aimee is actively involved in her community. She has served on local school boards, supported school sports fundraising efforts, and volunteers through her local church, assisting with community suppers, rummage sales, and bake sales. Aimee and her husband live in Fletcher with their beloved pup, Boog, and they are immensely proud of their two grown children.

A classically trained soprano by trade, Lauren shifted to a career in real estate law after earning her B.A. from Westminster Choir College, in Princeton, New Jersey. For the past decade, she’s coordinated hundreds of transactions with a primary focus on sales. Never a dull moment, her ability to expect the unexpected and adjust on the fly has made her a resourceful and reliable member of the CDB team.A Vermont native, Lauren lives in St. Albans with her husband Patrick and beloved cat, Eloise. In her spare time, you can find her honing her amateur bartending skills, painstakingly crafting the perfect cheeseboard, or making waves on Lake Champlain on her jet-ski.

Carlie graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2016 with a degree in Conservation Biology. She joined Clarke Demas and Berger in 2022 after several years of working as an environmental educator. In her free time, she enjoys home DIY projects, hiking Vermont’s vast trail network and singing classical music. She lives in Milton with her husband and their pug, Maple, and cat, Lucy Lou.

Jess joined the firm in January of 2026 after a 16 year career in healthcare in Chicago, IL. Her primary focus is customer service and title searching, as well as assisting with estate planning as a Notary Public. Born and raised in Vermont, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont, class of 2007. She currently resides in Williston, and enjoys spending time with her husband and son, and has an immense passion for gardening, plants, and terrariums.
