Elizabeth Demas, Esq
Beth’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions. During her 30 years of practice Beth has performed hundreds of real estate transactions, ranging from residential purchases to the creation of sophisticated common interest communities. The firm’s history of providing smooth closings and excellent client representation has rewarded us with the status of being designated a preferred attorney with many local lenders.
Beth received her B.A. degree from St. Michael’s College and completed her clerkship with Wilson Powell Lang & Faris in 1989. She is a member of the Vermont, Chittenden and American bar associations; Maple Leaf Farm Board of Directors, 2002-2006; President from 2007-09, Chittenden County 4-H leader 1992-2003.
She has lectured extensively and is a co-author of publications including “Liens and Credit Issues”, National Business Institute; 1994-5 “Advanced Real Estate in Vermont” 1996, National Business Institute; and “Vermont Foreclosure and Repossession”, National Business Institute, 2000, and 2001.
Beth lives in Jericho with her family.
